UAE-Ireland travel: Emirates adds third daily flight to Dublin
Dubai-based airline to serve Irish capital with 21 weekly flights
DUBAI: Emirates will launch a third daily flight to Dublin later this year, increasing its total weekly services to 21.
The move comes in response to rising demand between Ireland and the UAE, as well as onward connections across the airline’s global network.
The expanded schedule will provide travellers with the flexibility of morning, afternoon, and evening departures.
Flight details
From 26th October 2025, flight EK165 will leave Dubai at 02:10hrs, landing in Dublin at 06:25hrs local time. The return leg, EK166, will depart Dublin at 08:25hrs and arrive in Dubai at 20:00hrs.
The new flight complements Emirates’ existing double daily service and introduces a convenient early morning option for Irish passengers heading to the Middle East and beyond.
Aircraft and capacity
The new frequency will be operated with a Boeing 777-300ER in a three-class layout. The aircraft offers 8 First Class suites, 42 Business Class lie-flat seats, and 304 Economy Class seats. This brings an added daily capacity of 354 passengers along with increased cargo capabilities between the two cities.
Enhanced customer experience
Emirates recently introduced its retrofitted Boeing 777 on the Dublin route, featuring a four-class configuration with Premium Economy and the latest Business Class experience. A second refurbished aircraft is scheduled to be deployed on the route from 16 October.
Passengers can enjoy Emirates’ award-winning inflight entertainment system, ice, with over 6,500 channels, along with regional dishes and signature Irish touches including Keogh’s Crisps, Killowen yogurt, and VOYA amenities in Premium cabins.
